When booking an appointment we will need the following;

Once a booking is confirmed, please notify us by email/phone of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 1 day (24 hours) before your appointment, in order to avoid a Cancellation/No Show Policy charge of $50.00

Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies, however, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from getting much needed treatment.
